‘’ ART FOR EMPLOYMENT and INCLUSION’’

Call for Partners for a Youth Exchange ANKARA TURKEY

The main objective of the project‘’ ART FOR EMPLOYMENT and INCLUSION’’ is to increase employability of opportunity for 30 young people from 6 countries by deepening of key skills and competences, especially in the arts and communication.
As the name project ‘’ ART FOR EMPLOYMENT and INCLUSION’’ is a project dedicated to the volunteer, based on the strengthening, deepening and applying those skills, forming an entire puzzle for entering the labor market.
Young people with artistic skills (music, painting, dance, art, photography, architecture and design), especially belonging to disadvantaged groups in geographic are as marginalized or poor and its surroundings, often face repression these skills and artistic inclinations of the company. Attempts self expression are rejected, having ideal conditions for proper and timely identification, development and recovery. even rejection of such talent is the determining factor of unemployment among these young people. Through this project we aim to contribute to Erasmus + to increase employment and improve career prospects of young people in the EU region and neighbouring countries.
