we have done a large number of achievements in terms of climate change and sustainability. Even if it is very challenging to grow due to the arid climate of the region, but still we did it!
So the key question is: What has helped us to make the difference?
Over the last few years, we have decided to be open to the world and stop looking only for funds By focusing more on consortium by finding operational partners.
It simply implies the welcoming of young volunteers from organizations across the world and where "WE" together are planting trees.
For us and the volunteers, the results are rich and positive because we are acting as 1 community. We exchange our cultures, we break barriers (such as stereotypes, or just language barriers.) And we definitely want to stay sustainable in our vision and way of working.
Simply because we cannot move forward and reach a lot ALONE.
Good progress and good performance can be done by accepting changes and accepted cultural behaviors.
