Are we divided digitally?

What is the important thing in ICT nowadays? to have ict devices or to use them effectively. In the digital age, lifelong learning is a continuous process of habitual behaviour which is becoming critical for attaining the skills required to participate in online networks as global citizens. To be online is not a just social media or game, students have to be aware of different ICT utilities with equality of opportunity for being global digital citizens. This is the our problem and we have a project about dijital dividing and its effects. We are looking for partners that is interested in about this issue from different regions in Europe to be able to compare datas which have been collected with "Digital Competence Scale" about our country with others.
We are ICT teachers in department of IT at Technical and Vocational High School in Mugla, which is in south-west of Türkiye. Our students are between 16-19 years old.
