This project aims to increase the capacities of youth workers and leaders in Aşkale district and encourage the social participation of young people.
2. Target Groups:
Youth workers and leaders
Young people aged 15-30
Local government representatives
Educators and teachers
3. Main Activities:
Capacity Building Workshops: Workshops on project management, leadership, communication skills and youth participation are organized for youth workers and leaders.
Youth Forums: Forums are organized for young people to produce solutions to social problems and establish dialogue with local governments.
Trainers Training: Training programs are developed for educators and teachers on effective working methods with young people.
Awareness Campaigns: Campaigns are carried out to raise awareness in the local community on youth rights and participation.
Good Practices Booklet: Successful youth projects and practices are documented and published in a booklet.
4. Expected Results:
A visible increase in the professional skills of youth workers and leaders,
Increasing the participation of young people in social and political life,
Local governments become more conscious and sensitive about youth policies,
An increased awareness of youth rights and participation in society.
5. Budget and Financing:
The total budget of the project will be detailed, including personnel expenses, training materials, rental venues, communication and publication expenses. Part of the funding will be provided by the KA153 Youth Workers Program and the remaining part will be provided from local sources.
