"AI4Youth Futures: Digital Employability and Entrepreneurship in Youth Work" is a KA153 training course about using artificial intelligence and digital tools critically, ethically and practically in everyday youth work. Over seven working days, 28 youth workers from 7 countries build a shared, jargon-free understanding of what these tools can and cannot do, and leave with concrete methods for supporting young people's employability and entrepreneurial ideas. The starting point is not the technology but the young person in front of you.
WHAT WE WILL WORK ON
- What AI is and is not: a jargon-free working understanding, no technical background needed
- Practical use of AI in daily youth work: sessions, materials, communication, administration
- Employability support: CVs, job search, interview preparation, portfolios and digital presence
- Entrepreneurship: turning a young person's rough idea into a concept they can actually test
- Critical and ethical use: bias, misinformation, data protection, over-reliance, and how to discuss all of this with young people
- Designing digital and blended youth work activities for low-resource and rural contexts
- Building a shared toolkit of methods that each partner can adapt and reuse locally
DATES AND VENUE
Arrival day: 20 July 2027
Activity days: 21-27 July 2027 (7 full working days)
Departure day: 28 July 2027

PARTNERSHIP WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for 6 partner organisations from EU Member States or third countries associated to the Erasmus+ Programme, so that the partnership counts 7 organisations in total together with Romania. Each partner sends 4 participants: 28 participants in total, Romania included. Newcomer organisations are genuinely welcome: previous Erasmus+ experience is not required.
PARTICIPANT PROFILE

- Able to work in English at conversational level
- Available for the whole activity and for the online preparation meeting, and ready to multiply the results locally
WHAT IS COVERED
Accommodation and all meals from the arrival day to the departure day, the full programme, facilitation, materials, local transport and the cultural programme are covered by the project. Travel costs are reimbursed up to the Erasmus+ ceiling for the distance band between your city and Oradea; the exact amount per country is confirmed in writing before any ticket is booked. Green travel is encouraged and supported, and inclusion support is available for participants with fewer opportunities. All participants receive a Youthpass certificate.
Not covered: travel above the applicable ceiling, insurance, visa fees and personal expenses.
WHAT WE ASK FROM PARTNERS
- A valid Erasmus+ OID with up-to-date documents in the Organisation Registration System
