AI-Supported Correctional Staff Training

The Ankara Personnel Education Center is a public institution in Türkiye that provides professional and in-service training for correctional staff.
We are interested in exploring how artificial intelligence can be used in correctional staff training. We would like to visit correctional institutions that are already using AI or other digital tools, see how they work in practice and talk to the professionals who use them.
Our main interest is to understand what really works in training and rehabilitation, and what could be useful in our own system. We do not want to copy an existing model. We want to take what we learn, adapt it to our needs and develop our own training programmes, materials and practical examples for correctional staff in Türkiye.
We are looking for a partner with experience in correctional services, staff training, AI or digital education who would be interested in welcoming us for a study visit and sharing their experience.
The project is still at an early stage, so we are open to developing the idea together.
