AI & Sport: modernizing professional practices (KA-182)

European mobility project of GESPR aimed at strengthening support staff skills in AI to modernise organisation and improve support for grassroots sport.

GESPR is a French employers’ group working in grassroots sport and in the training and support of sports educators. As part of a forthcoming European staff mobility project, we aim to strengthen the skills of our support staff through the practical use of artificial intelligence in sport organisations.

We are looking for a European partner already using AI tools in its daily activities and willing to share concrete practices. Our approach is not theoretical: we want to observe real applications of AI in areas such as human resources management, communication, project coordination, internal organisation, activity planning and support to local sport clubs.

The project will involve a small group of staff members working in support functions (HR, communication, development and management). Through job shadowing and professional exchanges, our objective is to understand how AI can improve organisational efficiency, decision-making processes and the quality of services provided to grassroots sport structures.

We are seeking an open and collaborative organisation ready to host our team, share its methods, tools and experience, and build a partnership based on cooperation, mutual learning and innovation.
