AI-Bridge: Mentorship-Based Digital & AI Skills for Students and SME Entrepreneurs

The project addresses the gap between theoretical education and practical digital application, while supporting SMEs in integrating AI-driven solutions into their daily operations.

Through mentor–mentee–SME collaboration, the project combines online training, applied workshops, real SME case studies, and transnational learning activities. AI-Bridge promotes peer learning, inclusiveness, and international cooperation, while increasing youth employability and SME competitiveness. The project builds a sustainable bridge between universities, alumni networks, and the labour market, contributing to digital transformation and youth empowerment in Europe.
