AgriFood

A more balanced lifestyle will reduce the detrimental impact man has on the ecosystem, so the project encourages young people to adopt a “greener” lifestyle.

The main purpose of the project is to bring youngsters back into contact with the land, as a philosophy of life that starts a journey towards the love and respect for ourselves as well as others, with particular attention to the environment, promoting a diet based on healthy products and increasing the knowledge of sustainable agriculture.
A more balanced lifestyle will reduce the detrimental impact man has on the ecosystem, so the project encourages young people to adopt a “greener” lifestyle, from food to all the daily activities. Having a healthy diet has positive and protective consequences on the environment. The project, with a lifespan of 5 months, aims at organizing a youth exchange program of 5 days (September 2016) in the town of Montenero di Bisaccia (Molise Region - Italy), offering a proper agro-camping experience. The participants will also experience the day-to-day routine of a rural manor-house (not industrial) through workshops, debates and meetings and a culinary tour with typical food from both the local and the hosted cultures.
