AGEING ANIMATED

This project involves a consortium of European partners working in the field of animated film .
The specific goal of this project, through the activities and discussions, is to report that artistic practice, such as animation cinema, can raise awareness regarding social questions and foster inclusion, respect and tolerance.

The project is intended as a space for intergenerational encounters, where animated film becomes a tool for the artistic expression of these exchanges.
The aim is for our target group of young adults to benefit from professional support that will be beneficial to their careers and future cultural mediation projects. Our target group of senior citizens will benefit from an encounter and an original artistic experience adapted to their needs.
At the end of this project, we hope to create a methodological guide containing innovative practical solutions (workshop sheets, constraints, how to go further...) and a summary of past experiences in each partner country. This guide can then be used by anyone wishing to set up an intergenerational project using animated film.
