After Life

Tracing the journeys of our waste after it is being disposed of

In the After Life project we want to find out what happens with our waste after it is being disposed of. We are particularly interested in the streams of textiles, plastics and electronic waste. Where does it travel too? Which communities have to deal with it and under what conditions? These are the questions that we want to answer in the project.

Tunesia is one of the biggest importers of used textiles from Europe. Is your organization based in Tunesia and do you know anything about how this is being handled? Please reach out to us.

Is your country facing waste management issues, and do you serve a group of young people that want to talk to decisions makers about this? We would like to hear from you.
