ACTIVE YOUTH PARTICIPATION

The overall objective of this project is to improve the electoral participation of young people through the mobility and training of youth professionals and young leaders.
Specific objectives:
1- To raise awareness among youth professionals and youth leaders about the importance of youth electoral participation and the rights and duties of citizens in the electoral process.
2 - To improve the understanding of youth professionals and youth leaders about the different electoral systems in Europe and how they influence young people's ability to participate.
3 - To foster transnational cooperation among youth professionals and leaders to improve youth electoral participation in Europe.
4 - To improve the competencies and skills of youth professionals and leaders in civic participation and political communication through training and mobility.

We will organize two transnational exchanges for youth professionals and leaders to discuss and compare the different electoral systems in Europe and identify barriers to youth electoral participation. We want to do a preparatory visit to prepare the course on youth political participation and the
We will offer an intensive training and capacity building course in civic participation and political communication to participating youth professionals and leaders.
We will foster cooperation and exchange of best practices among participating youth professionals and leaders through a European network.
