• Importance of personal mental health for youth and youth workers
• Identifying and using individual personal resources and strengths and building your own resilience
• Networking with other youth workers and supporting each other
• Practically experience and learn sustainable, intuitive and action-oriented methods
• bring own experiences into the work with young people and design own activities
• get to know, try out and practice important methods for moderating and leading groups
• Balance between working in nature and using digital media
• Support young people in self-reflection and self- awareness
• Exchange experiences, methods and practice
