Despite the increase in the number of women entrepreneurs, there are still significant barriers and challenges based on gender inequality compared to men across Europe. Therefore, our project aims to address these barriers and promote equal opportunities for young women in these fields. In addition, young women entrepreneurs often have less access to financial resources, networks and mentoring opportunities compared to men. Because of that our project aims to encourage NEET women to become entrepreneurs by developing strategies to increase this access, and to strengthen the young women in economic and social life. During the project, our participants will be able to work with groups in different countries, learn about different cultures, develop their language skills, and develop a strategy and solution to a common problem by using the problem-based method.
The objectives of our project;
• Identifying the obstacles and opportunities of young NEET women's entrepreneurship in the digital and eco- entrepreneurship oriented concept, with an international youth participation,
• To promote cross-cultural understanding and cooperation between countries for digital and eco-entrepreneurship, • To discuss how young women entrepreneurs gain access to necessary resources and skills, increase women's participation in entrepreneurship and the digital marketing sector, and promote gender equality in these areas.
• To draw attention to young women's entrepreneurship and to raise awareness in the society, to identify successful practices in participating countries, to anlyzing the reasons of success and to disseminate successful practices internationally,
• To promote environmentally friendly practices by promoting eco-entrepreneurship,
• To disseminate digital entrepreneurship and promote sustainability,
• To improve intercultural understanding and communication skills that will be effective to work internationally.
• to develop solutions to reduce gender inequality in digital and eco-entrepreneurship,
• To empower NEET young women to participate in society socially and economically,
• to increase awareness of the participants and to improve the research culture among these participants.
