Accept Identity-Explore Peace is a youth exchange project focusing on Identity roles in conflicts and Art as a tool in Peace Building.

7 days youth Exchange in Georgia,

Number of participants: 5 participant + 1 leader
Ages of the participants: 18-30

Aim of project:

• To promote and develop the culture of peace;
• To provide innovative tools and methodologies for conflict management, peace education, coexistence, and protection of human rights;
• To create a common space for youth workers and NGOs to cooperate in joint actions and activities involving young people at local, regional, and/or international level;
• To raise awareness around the concept of national identity and national identification, and how this is used at times as sensible weapon to divide and alienate other citizens and national, ethnic, linguistic or religious minorities;
• To analyse the concepts of peace-building, conflict resolution and transformation through intercultural dialogue and diversity sharing;
• To assess the role of identity as a powerful tool to spread the culture of peace and tutelage of diversity.
• To equip youth workers with tools related to conflict transformation activities based on human rights education;
• To bring together youth workers from different backgrounds, nationalities, and cultures to share their own diversity, their own experiences, challenges, best practices, achievements at local, regional, and/or international level;
