A project on wellbeing with sustainable activities in mining cities (coal)

Looking for coordinator, partners for KA210-YOU project focuses on resilience among young workers to manage mental, physical health challenges in mining cities

Target group:

1- Young people aged 14-25 who are interested in wellbeing in mining areas
2- Youth workers/coaches
3- Anybody interested in physical and mental health, wellbeing


The specific objectives of the project include:

1. Promoting mental emotional, and physical health thorough sustainable activities in mining cities.
2. Fostering inclusive wellbeing via practical trainings and creative methods.
3. Promoting environmental well-being: Connecting with nature and participating in outdoor activities. Adopting sustainable living habits. Living in a safe and supportive environment. Maintaining emotional and mental health through positive environmental interactions.
4. Teaching mindfulness and meditation techniques to young people
5. Increase awareness about mental and physical health issues faced by young workers
6. Foster resilience among young workers to manage mental and physical health challenges in mining cities.
