The Training Course A Different Know How.non formal learning: a methodology which makes the difference.. if you know how! was born from a need to offer participants a practical experience to improve on getting from an idea to the full implementation of non-formal educational methods when organising intercultural learning activities.

In specific, exploring concepts of Non-Formal Education and Intercultural Learning, Learning through Workshops, Experiential Learning, Role of a Trainer, Role of a Group, Structure and Techniques of Workshops, Concrete steps in Designing / Implementing / Evaluating Workshops and all the other aspects that are relevant when organising activities in the scope of Non-formal Education and International Youth Field.

The training is expecting motivated youth workers and leaders who work either as volunteers or as staff in their organisations and are expected to work with groups where they can implement non-formal educational methods and get involved in managing and implementing intercultural life-long learning activities.

Regarding the composition of the partners under the Euromed program we would like to offer the opportunity of exchange of expertise but also an exchange of cultural elements which will enhance international youth work. Working in multicultural environment which Euromed projects offer will give a great variety of experience and an interesting outcome.
