This project aims to catalyze digital transformation within the educational sector, particularly focusing on enhancing digital literacy, bolstering cybersecurity, mitigating resistance to technological change, ensuring technological compatibility, and bridging digital skill gaps among educators and youth workers in Aşkale District. By developing comprehensive digital literacy programs, organizing cybersecurity seminars, fostering a culture of digital innovation, addressing eTwinning project challenges, and tailoring digital skills training to specific educational branches, the project seeks to create a secure, innovative, and adaptable educational environment. These efforts align with UNESCO's global initiative to leverage digital innovation for education, aiming to meet the diverse needs of the 21st-century learner and educator, and ultimately contributing to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal 4 - promoting inclusive and equitable quality education and lifelong learning opportunities for all.
