Znanie Association

Znanie is a NGO, established in 1990, situated in the capital of Bulgaria - Sofia city. We believe in life-long learning as our mission, therefore we unite the forces of experts, volunteers and organizations with different expertise, with the aim to improve the quality of life through organizing trainings in the area of non-formal education, VET competences and awareness rising among citizens.
Our priorities:
• Promoting non formal education, attracting more people to participate in order to increase the possibilities for realisation
• Promoting European values
• Development of intercultural dialogue
• Promoting human rights and active citizenship
• Spreading information related to new trends and tendencies in training and knowledge acquisition
• Training in the concept of Life-Long Learning
• Social integration support for people with limited abilities, unemployed, minorities, refugees, etc.
