YoWo Poland

YoWo Poland is a non-governmental organisation based in Poland, established in 2020, that evolved from an informal group created in July 2019.

We are a group of enthusiastic and motivated youth workers and volunteers, experienced in both local and international youth work.

Our mission is to promote conscious lifestyle and volunteering, as well as to encourage young people to participate in European mobility opportunities through which they can experience intercultural learning.

Our main topics of activities are active citizenship, art, ecology and identity.

Our target group is young people aged 16–30 y/o, especially those with fewer opportunities (with a particular focus on those experiencing economical and geographical obstacles). The main need of our target group is to get familiar with international mobility opportunities for youngsters, as well as to become aware of their possible impact on their local community and themselves.

In our work, in order to achieve our aims, we use methods of non-formal education, expression through art and gamification.
