Youth32
I Thought I Was An Environmentalist Project is an informal youth group formed by a team of young people passionate about environmental issues and sustainability. Our aim is to raise environmental awareness among young people and encourage responsible, eco-friendly behaviors through innovative, creative and participatory methods. We use experience-based learning and forum theatre activities to allow participants to explore their own behaviors, reflect on their environmental impact, and discover alternative, sustainable actions. Through international collaboration, participants not only learn about environmental issues, but also develop intercultural understanding, teamwork, communication skills, and personal growth. The project promotes active engagement, creativity, and practical learning, ensuring that the knowledge and attitudes gained have a long-lasting effect on participants and their communities.
