The Youth Professionals Association for Innovation and Sustainable Community Development (IDSAJP) is a Colombian youth NGO working in rural and post-conflict territories through culture, education and social innovation. We use audiovisual storytelling, community memory and non-formal learning methodologies to empower young people with digital, creative and leadership skills.
Our programmes combine documentary filmmaking, oral history, media training and public exhibitions to strengthen identity, participation and employability. We have strong territorial networks with schools, local authorities and community organisations, and experience coordinating cultural, educational and international cooperation projects.
We are interested in Erasmus+ partnerships focused on youth participation, community memory, audiovisual education, social inclusion and intercultural exchange. We can host mobilities, workshops and community-based learning activities in Colombia.
