Youth Horizons Armenia (YHA) is a Yerevan-based non-governmental, non-profit organization dedicated to empowering young people through innovative, inclusive, and future-oriented non-formal education. Founded in 2024 by youth educators, civic activists, and digital innovators, YHA bridges the gap between formal education and real-world skills by equipping youth with competencies essential for the 21st century.
Our work focuses on digital transformation in youth work, including artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, media literacy and digital citizenship, youth participation and civic engagement, intercultural learning, and environmental sustainability. Through workshops, youth exchanges, training courses, and community-based initiatives, we promote critical thinking, creativity, and active citizenship among young people, especially those from rural and marginalized backgrounds.
YHA applies blended and experiential learning methodologies, combining in-person and digital tools such as interactive platforms, virtual labs, and gamified content. We actively collaborate with schools, youth centers, municipalities, and international partners, particularly within Erasmus+ and other European cooperation frameworks.
Our organization is committed to inclusion, accessibility, transparency, and innovation. We strive to strengthen EU–Armenia cooperation by developing impactful international projects, fostering intercultural dialogue, and supporting youth as drivers of positive social change.
