Youth Feeders (Alamany for Training and Development)

YF is a registered non-profit association located in Amman started newly in 2022 to promote social development and creative education through non-formal methods, art expression tactics and international cooperation.

We work on empowering youth to increase their active participation in the development process; building a community of young entrepreneurs who are capable and inspired as well as we want to encourage the participation and the involvement of young people in international youth cooperation in the field of non-formal education and intercultural dialogue. Through this cooperation, we will try to cover all skills that people need to learn or improve.

YF efforts are beyond national levels, targeting youth inclusively from the MENA region. We work on creating opportunities for youth through local and international development projects, embracing their abilities and potential. Additionally, YF forms alliances with local youth organizations building their capacity to serve youth.

YF first goal is to raise awareness of the healthy environment through creating recycling ، renewable energy and agriculture projects with Children and young people to share education and have the chance to strengthen relations with nature new and rise awareness of respecting our nature.

The second goal of us is to work with young people through Art workshops and help them to brainstorm ideas and express to develop personal creativity for sharing positive messages and information with society through crafts, painting, filming, and media.

Our third goal is to build strong partnerships and connections with worldwide organizations and movements to rise and strengthen bonds between particular nations, and prove intercultural dialogue, gain and share experiences, develop techniques and methods of education, host and send as well coordinate actions and international cooperation.
