Youth Development Center of Armenia

Youth Development Center of Armenia is a youth organization, aimed at empowering young people through high-quality volunteering and non-formal educational opportunities.

Our mission is to empower young people so as to develop them as individuals by enhancing the sense of citizenship and community responsibility through volunteering and social actions meant to contribute to their local communities.

We focus on providing young people with access to high quality volunteering and non-formal educational opportunities, meanwhile assisting them to realize their own initiatives and projects.

Our work is currently focused in Yerevan, and also in all regions of Armenia in cooperation with a wide range of youth organizations and youth clubs throughout the country.

Our objectives are:
• to empower young people through learning and self-development opportunities so as to increase their capacity levels and develop their own initiatives addressed to their community needs,
• to provide equal learning and participation opportunities to young people from urban and rural areas and foster their personal growth through local and international youth exchange programs,
• to promote high-level youth participation with youth organizations and networks that share our aim, and contribute to the sustainable development of youth work.
