Our main programmes which we are active on the local, regional and international level are:
* Leadership skills & personal development,
* Community family programmes,
* HIV, Alcohol and drug prevention,
* Training for unemployed young people,
* Promotion of civil engagement and volunteer work,
* Art & culture,
* Human rights education,
* International cooperation and
* Campaigning

Our target group, are youth in age from 13 to 30 years old and their families. Our members are mostly young people between 15 -25 years old. Our experience is that the youth of the community needs and wants to grow and develop, but for that, they need relevant information and a chance to involve themselves in different programs according to their affinities.

On the national and international level our work is oriented toward implementation of our national program for youth development and development of active citizenship. Also, we are creating opportunities for networking, capacity building and exchanges for youth, in the partnership with different NGOs through out Europe and promoting EU Youth programmes and the core values of the Council of Europe, which till now we have been partners on more then 100 various projects and hosted 15 international projects.

Our agenda is to provide opportunities for our members and volunteers to participate on seminars, trainings and activities that interest them, enabling them to grow and learn.
