Youth Agency of Georgia

Youth Agency intends to create a sustainable Youth Ecosystem where youth - as full members of society - are involved and have decent employment, their health and wellbeing are protected, and information, resources and development opportunities are equally available.

Functions of the Youth Agency:
• Development of national cross-sectoral Youth Strategy;
• Implementation and coordination of the national cross-sectoral Youth Strategy;

Agency is has a driving role in the development process of Youth Field and Youth Policy in country.
Activities are oriented on implementing international and national youth policy agendas, and are following:
1. Development of Public Policy: Elaborating National Youth Strategy 2025, Law on Supporting Youth Field and etc.;
2. Introducing and establishing Youth Worker’s profession;
3. Developing Municipal Youth Policy;
4. Enhancing and Supporting Youth Organizations;
5. Renewing Hobby education system;
6. Developing Volunteering mindset among young generation;
7. Establishing participatory youth policy;
8. Supporting development of Entrepreneurial mindset among young generation;
9. Elaborating youth camps quality standards and certification system;
10. Developing youth information and counselling systems;

Agency owns Camp and Training facilities in Tbilisi and In regions, where up to 500 Adolescence and young people can participate in various activities.
