Young Naturalist's Center

Young naturalist's centre is non-formal education school, out-of-school activitie‘s institution for children.The center is situated in the north of Lithuania in the center of the city of Siauliai, close to nice landscape.
Recently there are 300 pupils attending our center which consists of various children education clubs (Florists, Konologists, Young fishers, Eco–arts, Handicrafts, Experimential art, Riders, Felinologs and etc.), mini zoo, a flower garden, educational site of decorative plants, a riding school and Cat‘s museum. Our institution can attend all the pupils from all city schools: pupils with special needs, pupils at risk of social exclusion, migrants, and refugees. Pupils` age is between 6 and 18 years old. A half of pupils families are socialy supported. The youth attending the center take part in the city or state arranged events: our riders take part in riding contests, kinologists in young guides contests, florists in the exhibitions of florists, ecology and environmental, nature and etc. The main purpose of our center is to raise children‘s ecologycal culture, to know more about the nature, ancient arts.
