THE REFLECTIONS OF THE CULTURAL
IMPRESSIONS ON THE YOUTH

By the project in which, we target to set a social bridge between the students from Europe and Turkey ,Euroean youngs will be expected to interpret the photos portraying the cultural aspects of our city (Van).The students and the partners will get a chance of familiarizing with the people’s lifestyles ,natural beauties,historic structures of the Urartians and the other civilizations.Our students will take photos and generate an album consisting of the events,places and interesting things that they have experienced during the journey as well. The photos taken in the countries of our partners will be sumed up in a photo album in the point views of the students and these photos,in the album will be commented and fictionalised by the students. As the output of the project ,the photos that belong to both countries and fictionalised stories,will be converted into a book and shared by means of various exhibitions and seminars.The basic aim of the project is famliarizing the common points of human and the cultural richness of both of civilizations
The Objective
Our target is to observe the culture of the Europe closely,meet with diverse people and provide opportunities for students who haven’t even got a facility to travel somewhere except of their sites.What we aim to do is bringing out a project that can broaden the vision of the students and enable them to live an unforgettable experience.
What kind of abilities will be exerted by the students
Our students at Informatics Department will reveal their abilities in the informatics by designing and imprinting the photos and videos in electronic enviroment and generating the digital forms of the e-book that we aim to publish in the end of the Project.
The Activities
Primarily with our partners cooperatively we will facilitate students to know and socialise ,make friends with eachothers via some various activities during group tours.Within the scope of our project,it is aimed to make Van and its cultural values known and enriched by the photograh exhibitions
