Yenilikçi Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma Derneği

Innovative Sustainable Development Association (YESKAD) is a non-governmental and non-profit organisation established in Malatya, Türkiye, in 2023. The organisation works at local, national, and international levels in the fields of youth, education, sustainability, digitalisation, social inclusion, and lifelong learning.

YESKAD aims to support young people, especially disadvantaged groups, by improving their competencies, encouraging active participation, and creating equal opportunities through non-formal education and international cooperation. The organisation promotes sustainable development principles, intercultural dialogue, active citizenship, environmental awareness, entrepreneurship, and digital transformation.

The association actively develops and implements Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps (ESC) projects, including youth exchanges, training courses, youth participation activities, small-scale partnerships, and capacity-building initiatives. YESKAD has experience in project design, coordination, dissemination, and international partnership development.

The organisation has a multidisciplinary team consisting of youth workers, educators, engineers, researchers, project coordinators, and digital content developers. The team has expertise in digital education tools, artificial intelligence applications, web and mobile technologies, Industry 4.0, project management, and innovative learning methodologies.

YESKAD organises workshops, seminars, awareness campaigns, cultural activities, educational programmes, and community-based initiatives for young people and local communities. The organisation also cooperates with universities, schools, municipalities, NGOs, and international partners to strengthen institutional capacity and develop sustainable solutions.

Since its establishment, YESKAD has participated in and coordinated several Erasmus+ projects related to youth participation, digital literacy, sustainability, cultural heritage, vocational education, and social inclusion. Through its activities, the organisation aims to contribute to a more inclusive, participatory, and sustainable society while empowering young people as active global citizens.
