Our association was established on 17.11.2017. The field of activity of the Innovative Enterprise Association, which has a total of 25 members, is education in every field of youth. Our association aims to activate lifelong learning, by providing all kinds of support to disadvantaged citizens, especially in education and social level. By conducting research on feasible innovative educational activities at national and international level; ensuring its implementation is one of the primary objectives of our association.

Our association aims to increase active citizenship and strengthen social integration of young people including especially disadvantaged people by organizing sportive, social, artistic and cultural events. It is among the subjects of work to organize projects and activities that involve cooperation with associations established for the same purpose in order to enable people to participate more actively in social life. Our association believes that the concept of lifelong learning should become a principle and lifestyle until the end; It will make individuals aware of the importance of knowledge and personal development for individuals who have not adopted this principle for any reason and remained away from education.

The member profile of our association consists of individuals who are active in all professions and sensitive to social responsibility projects. Our association works to produce projects with the approval and support it has received from our governorship. We applied for many national projects and was awarded a grant.

Most of the members of the Association are actively working in schools or in the universities so what the association does immediately affects the students they study with. The association's founders are eight active educators. They all have experienced in both national and international projects. They have larger networks in the world. Their aims are to carry these experiences to the other teachers, students and the young people out of education via projects. Four founders of the project are expert in National projects. They carried out severals national and local projects. These projects were based on educational research and development such as education of immigrated students or openning local science village. These teachers won several education competitions in Turkey , moreover, these teachers are willing to develope themselves as they have joined several symposium and congresses. This association is willing to join local and international educational projects.
