wisamar educational insitute provides a competence and dialogue center, accredited by the German Institute for Adult Education and TÜV according to the German Regulation on the Accreditation and Approval for Employment Promotion.

In this framework we carry out competence analyses, application training, consultancy and different further education modules.

Together with partners from the Leipzig-Halle region as well as from all over Europe we support common European activities in education as well as the development of our region in the heart of Europe.

We are pleased to give you an overview about our engagement in vocational as well as adult education. We are concerned with formal as well as informal and non-formal learning, stand for equal opportunities and the integration of disadvantaged groups.

In our language and mobility department we offer young people, persons at the labour market as well as teachers, trainers and human ressources manager the possibility to look beyond ones own field, to gain practical experiences abroad or to have an exchange with colleagues about teaching methods, contents and organisation. We received good practice awards for incoming and outgoing mobility projects.

Since 2007 we are sending each year groups from our region abroad, until now to Italy, Poland, Slovenia, Finland, Turkey, Portugal, Lithuania and Estonia. Besides, we welcome annually about 400 persons from all over Europe for a further education in Leipzig, supported by a strong regional partner network.

In our work we are funded among others by the European Lifelong Learning Program as well as Daphne III.
