Vienna Association of Education Volunteers

VAEV aims at spreading commitment to modernization of education, usage of AI and gamification in education, peace, democracy, diversity and inclusion in education through technology, through the support of schools, youth and education centres, special education centres, and all other relevant NGOs working in the field of youth and education. VAEV assists them in building up and develop through the creation and implementation of ad-hoc training and curricula, based on AI, gamification, E- volunteering, NFE, and VR to create a beneficial impact in education, within the frame of life-long learning.

Through the research and practical application, VAEVrecognizes shortcomings in the society and education system and regularly produces policy proposals that are based on research for local authorities and organizations to help authorities to overcome these issues.

On the other, VAEV is very strong on academic research since all of the staff and most of the volunteers are either master holder or higher with extensive experience on academic research on various fields including education and technology.

VAEV has oriented its services toward the main guidelines and priorities stressed out by the European Commission. The main focus is given to technological new-age skills training and initiatives that will enable people to be active in the social and professional life of the 21st’s world of AI, IT and automation.
