Verein Naturkultur

Verein Naturkultur was established in 2010 as a nongovernmental organisation. The main orientation of the organisation is in the frame of outdoor activities connected to intercultural and sustainable projects, personal development, sustainable and socially holistic lifestyle and culture work.

The Main mission of Verein Naturkultur can be described as followed:
to support active members and groups of the society in their personal development to identify and to achieve their personal goals and to contribute to a higher awareness of responsibility, sustainable lifestyle and tolerance between cultures and generations. To achieve this mission, Naturkultur provides outdoor-based activities, seminar and training workshops to raise awareness of personal responsibility for one's life and a sustainable way of living.

Those main activities are based on workshops for personal development within the nature and indoor, as well as outdoor trainings in holistic leadership for youth leaders. There are four facilitators in the association engaged in activities such as:

working in the nature with disabled young people
providing leadership trainings for youth leaders
organising outdoor activities on personal development (firewalks, vision.quest)
working volunteerly as trainer in communication skills and emotional work
coach for a Swiss youth organisation (Jungwacht/Blauring)
Teacher in sustainable lifestyle and environments
Project manager for a youth culture center and sociocultural activities
Sociocultural youth work
