-V.K. SOCCER was registered in Bucharest, Romania, in January, 2012, as a non-profit sports association;
-90% of our association's members are under 20 years of age;
-more than 75% of our registered members association come from disadvantaged backgrounds (low income and poor families, single parent homes, orphanages, early school-leavers, etc.);
-we are helping young, talented athlete, become the best they can be in sports and learn how to deal with understand such issues such as gender, race, ethnicity, religion, etc.;
-because sports is a universal element that brings people together, we use this to help young people learn how to communicate with eachother, how to become more sociable, more friendly, the importance of school and how to become better students, how to get reintegrated in society, and all in all how to become better people,
-using our very own members, as described above, last season --2012 - 2013-- we registered a soccer team in Liga 5 (the entry level soccer league for new clubs in Romania), and this season --2013 - 2014-- we have won a promotion to Liga 4, and have already played and won qualifications through 4 rounds in The Cup of Romania soccer tournament, and
