URSIAE Martinique

URSIAE-Martinique (Regional Union of Insertion Structures by Economic Activity) is the headend of the insertion structures by economic activity.
It’s an association created in 1991 on the initiative of social workers in order to promote insertion through economic.

Our mission is to:
• Publicize and promote the Insertion by Economic Activity (IEA)
• Federate insertion structures by the economics of Martinique
• Represent the structures to the socioeconomic organization to advance the movement of Insertion by Economic Activity at the local, national and international level
• Defend and promote the interests of the entire network
• Be guarantor of the operational translation of the values of the IEA advocated by the national networks in the territory,
• Be a resource centre for any actor in the IEA,
• Value and publicize socio-economic weight of the structures on the territory
We also:
• Help and follow the leaders of insertion structures in their function of employer and their obligations related to the IEA
• Advise and support the permanent employees in their social and professional practice towards the allowed public
• Professionalize the members of the network and the actors of the IEA
• Animate the network and promote the actions of pooling
• Develop local partnerships (publics and privates)
• Develop the inter-network working of IEA

We federate and represent all the Structures of the insertion by economic activity in Martinique.
