UNISCO Network per lo sviluppo locale

UNISCO – Network per lo sviluppo locale is a no-profit Association born in Bari on 2003.

UNISCO activity is born from the will to join, cooperate and create networks with Apulian, National and Community professionals, agencies and organizations, aiming at creating a network which should contribute to the local development and to the spreading and sharing of good practices in social, economic and cultural fields.

It focuses particularly on young people, so that they should express their capacities, cultivate their dreams and have the right tools to make them come true.

UNISCO founders have based their paths of professional growth and experiementation mainly within IG students, national program for the diffusion of the entrepreneurial culture among students of schools and universities, they led / managed in Apulia from 1998 to 2002.

The UNISCO logo expresses this philosophy: two people embracing each other, safe inside but open outside, creating a texture, a network through which socializing and spread knowledge, projects and initiatives.

The network, seen as structure of connections with partners of other territorial realities, aiming at the strengthening of process of active citizenship, in an optic of sharing of skills and detection of common goals.
