Tokat Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi

Tokat Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School started its educational activities in 1945 and is the biggest education institution of our province. It continues its educational life with 150 staff and 1700 students. There are Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School and Vocational Open High School in the world. Our school offers 6 different field vocational training. These areas are; Wood Technology, Information Technologies, Electric - Electronic Technology, Machine Technology, Metal Technology and Motor Vehicle Technology.
The school staff is updating themselves regularly on their in-service training courses every year. Fatih project, one of the biggest investments that have recently been trained, is also implemented in our school. Depending on this project, each classroom and workshop environment is equipped with flow charts. In addition, the vocational workshops bring new technologies to our school by updating themselves every year. In this framework, our school is equipped for trainees to follow technology, to increase their knowledge in professional and cultural matters, and to train them as qualified workers for the job market. Our school has adopted quality culture and internationalization as its principle, constantly renewing in order to reach a better education level. In this context, it has implemented many projects both nationally and internationally. Thanks to the projects, our staff and students have received vocational training in various European countries and carried out internship activities. In addition, new donations have been made to our schools' workshops through grant projects carried out on behalf of our school. Thanks to these projects, our institutional technological infrastructure has been renewed and supported and personal development of our staff and students has been increased.
Tokat Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School started to work on projects originating from the European Union in 2004 and the first mobility project was realized in 2005. In 2006, a school project team and project office were established for project preparation and execution. A number of projects have been prepared and implemented, and as a result of these projects, approximately 650 people have participated in mobility activities. In these mobility activities; Students, graduates, teachers, managers, business people, representatives of NGOs and sector employees had the opportunity to participate. Thanks to the projects, our school has expanded the vocational education target group from being only teachers to students to all the above participants, and our school has become a center for application of EU projects in our city.
In addition to our school mobility projects, we also made grant projects and transferred the technological developments seen with mobility projects to our school workshop environments.
