BRCT Suceava (Regional Office for Cross-Border Cooperation) is a strategic non-governmental organization based in North-Eastern Romania, acting as a vital bridge between the European Union and Ukraine. With over 20 years of experience, we specialize in territorial cooperation and regional development, blending high-level institutional expertise with the agility of a private non-profit entity.
Core expertise:
- We have a proven track record in hosting the Joint Technical Secretariat for the Interreg Romania-Ukraine programmes, ensuring rigorous management of large-scale cross-border portfolios.
- We act as a regional training hub, empowering local authorities, NGOs, and SMEs through specialized courses in EU fund management, project design, and strategic planning.
- Since 2022, we have developed significant expertise in managing the refugee crisis, providing psychosocial and financial assistance, and designing innovative models for social inclusion in border regions.
We are a founding member of rofront.eu (the National Association of Regional Offices for Cross-Border Cooperation), allowing us to scale project results across all Romanian borders. Our local ecosystem includes strong partnerships with the University of Suceava, regional public administrations, and a wide network of civil society organizations.
We are seeking to join or lead international consortia under the Erasmus+ Adult Education and Policy Experimentation calls. We bring to the table:
- Deep knowledge of the Romania-Ukraine-Moldova border context.
- Robust financial and operational capacity (audited and compliant with EU standards).
- A focus on "Reconstruction Skills" and "Motivation Models" for adults in vulnerable or crisis-affected areas.
