The Learning Curve NGO (TLC) is a non-profit organization, which blends technological innovation, employability skills, lifelong learning and education. We build on two complementary pillars that reflect the diverse expertise and shared vision of our team members: Technological Innovation and Skills Development.

We provide a range of services, including the creation of innovative learning programs and materials, the organization and execution of events and workshops, and the provision of career guidance support. In our activities, we use state-of-the-art digital tools and AI to educate professionals and empower individuals of all ages.

Our Technological team comes from a background in Software and AI engineering and cloud infrastructure. We don’t just run seminars; we write code, deploy systems, and build tools that bridge the gap between digital potential and real-world practice.

We build practical digital tools that solve real workflow problems. Instead of abstract concepts, we focus on solutions that help trainers and organizations save time, access knowledge instantly, and prepare for challenges effectively.

Skills development: Our Skills Development pillar focuses on building the competencies people need to grow, adapt, and succeed in a rapidly changing world. While our Tech Lab creates tools, our Skills Hub creates experiences! Together, we help individuals learn how to use technology, while also strengthening the human skills that no machine can replace. We support professionals, educators, youth, and job seekers in developing practical skills that unlock their confidence, enhance employability, and lifelong learning.
