The Forge of Talents

The Forge of Talents Foundation, established in 2015 and based in Krakow, Poland, is a non-governmental organization and a social enterprise operating in the field of formal and non-formal education. The foundation supports the development of key competences among learners of all ages, with a particular focus on school education staff, vocational education and training (VET).

The foundation has experience in the implementation of European cooperation projects and acts as an active partner in Erasmus+ projects.

The Forge of Talents Foundation regularly hosts international project meetings, training activities, and learning mobilities in Krakow, welcoming groups of teachers, trainers, youth workers, and learners from across Europe. As a host organization, it ensures high-quality educational programmes, logistical coordination, cooperation with local stakeholders, and meaningful intercultural exchange.

The foundation organizes ICT and digital competence courses for teachers and education staff and functions as a teacher training and professional development centre, delivering in-service training and competence development programmes aligned with national priorities and European education frameworks.

The organization has managed numerous projects funded by Erasmus+, EEA Grants, and other European funding programmes.

Since January 2023, the foundation has managed the Senior Activity Center in Krakow, which aims to improve key competences among adults.

The Forge of Talents Foundation has held Erasmus+ accreditation in the Youth Sector since 2023, confirming its long-term strategic commitment to international cooperation, quality learning mobility, and the promotion of European values.
