In our region, there is a notable lack of awareness regarding the various opportunities
provided by local associations, municipalities, and EU initiatives.

Recognizing this gap, our organization strives to bridge it by offering these opportunities and facilitating the
exchange of ideas and sharing of best practices, thus contributing to both individual and
collective development.

Our team have been actively involved in Erasmus+ projects for several years, participating in various formats. Following these projects, we have been able to disseminate the knowledge and experiences gained within our communities, raising awareness among other young people about the invaluable opportunities these initiatives provide. We aim to empower them to enhance their skills and apply them meaningfully in their daily lives.

At the heart of our organization lies the belief that young people, regardless of their origin or background, can come together to create a network built on solidarity, understanding, and open communication across cultures. We aim to foster a sense of belonging and community among young people, where everyone’s voice is valued and
differences are celebrated, leading to mutual respect and growth.

Our organization’s mission is driven by several key objectives, all of which revolve around empowering individuals and creating positive change, including:

● Fostering connections among young people in our region, encouraging them to engage with one another and build meaningful relationships.

● Collaborating with other local and international organizations to create a broader, more interconnected network of young people, strengthening ties and shared goals.

● Developing essential skills such as problem-solving, conflict resolution, and leadership, helping young people become active participants in their communities.

● Encouraging creativity and critical thinking, providing young people with the tools to approach challenges with innovation and reflection.

● Raising awareness of social and environmental issues, including discrimination based on ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, and other pressing concerns. We also focus on topics like intercultural mediation and cultural heritage, helping
individuals understand their role in shaping a fairer and more inclusive society.

● Promoting agrotourism as a way to preserve local traditions, support sustainable practices, and showcase the beauty and value of our region.

● Addressing the high unemployment rate in our region, which remains one of the highest in Spain. By empowering young people with skills and knowledge,
we aim to provide them with better opportunities for work and personal development.

Our commitment is not driven by the goal of entrepreneurship alone; it is rooted in the desire to empower people, to help them see their potential, and to foster a community where everyone can grow together. From our experience, the path to achieving this vision is through active participation in both national and international projects, partnering with like-minded organizations, and creating spaces where learning and collaboration thrive.
