TEGE Program is a youth-focused initiative based in Tanzania dedicated to empowering young people through practical digital skills, innovation, and sustainable development solutions. The organisation works to bridge the gap between education and employment by equipping youth with relevant competencies in ICT, entrepreneurship, and emerging technologies.
In addition to digital empowerment, TEGE integrates green energy awareness and solutions into its programs, promoting environmentally sustainable practices such as renewable energy adoption and climate-conscious innovation within communities. This dual focus on digital transformation and green energy positions TEGE as a forward-thinking initiative contributing to both economic growth and environmental sustainability.
TEGE implements its activities through ICT training hubs, community-based learning programs, and a digital learning platform designed to increase access to quality skills development. The organisation targets youth aged 18–35, including students, graduates, and underserved communities in both urban and rural areas.
Through partnerships with local and international stakeholders, TEGE aims to scale its impact, foster innovation, and support youth in creating employment opportunities, launching startups, and participating in the green and digital economy.
