TDM Portugal

We develop projects and cooperate with other organisations in order to support other youths in developing personal, professional, intellectual and social skills through hands-on learning and non-formal education. Our activity is, thus, focused on youth policy, entrepreneurship, intercultural learning and active citizenship at a local and international level.

Our activities are built and organised by young people and implemented with the support of an international network – we are partners of “Associazione TDM 2000 International”.

Our NGO is presently operating in three cities of Portugal (Lisbon, the capital, Aveiro and Coimbra, two of the major university cities in the country), cooperating with student associations, local NGOs and universities.

At the local level, the majority of the association members have already organized informal think tanks between youngsters and entrepreneurs as well as officials meetings in partnership with universities.

We have organised a number of entrepreneurial-oriented activities, including informal training sessions, networking sessions, motivational meetings, trainee speed-dating (which we call “Trainee-Hunting” activities).

Also in this field, our president is a professional of the sector: as a young entrepreneur, having been directly involved in the creation of 21 companies, being a business angel, an accelerator program trainer and a member of national and international entrepreneurs’ networks, he’s our best source of inspiration and direct link to the entrepreneurship world.
