The board of directors of the association consists of 7 permanent and 7 substitute members. Although the majority of the members of our association are teachers, we have members from all ages and professions.
Our Association; It aims to conduct scientific research in all areas of education and training, and to carry out activities in the field of education and training.
In addition, it organizes activities, trainings, develops projects, implements, reports and disseminates activities aimed at improving the cognitive, social, affective and psychomotor skills of all individuals, primarily disadvantaged individuals.
It organizes vocational training courses and similar activities for women, youth, the unemployed, orphaned children, the disabled, and disadvantaged individuals.
Association; who are at peace with the values of the society they live in who have the knowledge and skills required by the age and to increase the potential and competitiveness of the city we live in It was established to provide opportunities to serve our city by bringing.
With the activities and projects to be carried out in every field of education, we gather the forces of those who are willing to produce projects in order to contribute to raising generations equipped with local and universal values for the country and our world.
Mission of our organization: To guide the way to success and quality; creating a global strategy; to support every member of the society who works, produces and wants to pour what he has produced into the project; to implement ideas that have remained in ideas; to produce strategies that will develop personal and institutional capacity. Our organization works in direct connection with local public bodies, local schools, local agents, and youth associations and we can involve many local partners to implement project activities. TIZDER team members will ensure, as project partners, to contribute to the correct implementation of the project idea and to actively participate in all activities.

Its activities are mainly concentrated in the following directions, relevant to Erasmus + priorities:
* Development and implementation of educational paths for teachers and professionals
* Reinforce synergies and transitions between formal, non-formal education, vocational training, employment, and entrepreneurship;
* Support learners in the acquisition of learning outcomes (knowledge, skills and competencies) to improve their personal development
