The association is a civil society initiative focused on democratic, independent, youth and adult education, which was initiated by a team of experienced and well-trained youth and adult employees, volunteers, students, trainers, coordinators, project experts, in the fields of art, research, education and project management.
TEGDER aims to support the active involvement of young people in various areas of public life; to promote personal development and democratic citizenship, volunteering and youth mobility; sport and healthy lifestyle; to support the development of the abilities and potential of young people from different social and ethnic groups, and young people with disabilities. To do so; we aim Organizing cultural youth exchange projects, voluntary service activities, training courses, conferences, panels, seminars, exhibitions, excursions, competitions, camps and similar activities within the framework of the programs within local, national and international institutions and organizing activities.
Our association support the objectives of the strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth, Europe 2020 aimed at promoting the recognition of non-formal learning. Leading to the acquisition and recognition of competences required for further education and successful realization on the labor market for young people.
Our Topics are;Entrepreneurship, Ecology and Healthy lifestyle, Sustainable development, European citizenship, Leadership and personal-professional development, Conflict Management, Urban development for young communities
Target group:

Information and Communication Technologies, especially the internet, social media and online platforms are dominating our daily lives everywhere.
Through the the planned activities we aim to arouse ecologic and natural awareness and Combating environmental pollution and climate change issues.
