In our institution, there are group leaders with special knowledge and experience who have one-to-one contact with the children during the day and these staff spend a significant part of the day with these children. In addition to individual interviews, the Psycho-Social Service conducts group activities for children and young people who are determined to be in need, including topics such as anger management, personal development and communication, and conducts individual interviews for children and their families in our institution by expert staff. In addition, seminars are organized for our socially responsible staff and individual counseling services are provided.
