TariqNduka Scouting Network

TASNETT Scouting is an international football scouting and player development network dedicated to identifying, nurturing, and connecting grassroots talent with professional opportunities worldwide. Headquartered with a strong focus on West Africa ; particularly The Gambia and Nigeria ; TASNETT works to build structured pathways between promising young African players and clubs, academies, and technical partners across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, including an active focus on developing partnerships in Türkiye.

Our work spans youth football exchanges, joint training and development programmes, coaching methodology exchange, technical and physical performance analysis partnerships, friendly matches and international youth tournaments, and coach/technical staff exchange programmes. We believe football is more than a game : it is a legacy, and a genuine tool for youth empowerment and international cooperation.

Founded and led by Tariq Nduka Esoro, TASNETT is actively building relationships with clubs, academies, and technical partners (including performance-analysis organisations) to create real, sustainable opportunities for young African players and to foster cross-continental football development partnerships.
