SVC Korunka

Leisure time centre Korunka provides hobby and informal education for children, young people and adults. The main objective of the organization is the personal development of children and young people by means of hobby and informal education. Currently the organization employs 51 employees. In 2013, the Leisure time center has opened a new Youth Information Centre, which aims among other things at the development of volunteering and motivation of young people to volunteer work and youth policy. Children and young people can visit our organization regularly. They can attend hobby clubs focusing on sport, art, science, be part of Children and Youth Parliament of Ostrava or visit events organized for them during different year seasons, holiday, etc. - Earth Day, Easter, Saint Nicholas, Children's Day, etc. We hold many activities for youth and children in our organization in various fields such as ecology, art, physical activities, and more. We are also organizing educational programs for children from nursery schools, pupils and students.
