SUSTINEA

Sustinea arises from several people related to the environmental sector, who worried about his situation want to face their problems by providing experience and expertise.
Our aims are the study, dissemination, environmental protection and the promotion of a change possible and necessary, the relationship of humans with nature acting to promote a sustainable model, there arises the name of the association, Sustinea.

The enviromental association Sustinea is envolved in different projects, and work through several lines of action:

Environmental education.
Several projects whose have as an ultimate aim nature conservation. We organize environmental campaigns to increase sensitivity for kids and adults, seminars, training courses, educational projects, teaching materials and natural dissemination, environmental workcamps, environmental tracks and cultural interpretation.

Rural development.
We carry out projects that contribute to appreciation in value the rural life and its resources. "A Rural for All",will focus on ecological agriculture, but we will also establish a range of itinery for learning entrepreneurial skills and labour insertion through the marketing of products from the allotment. “Living libraries” that collect, through interviews with ancient people, old rural uses and good practices agriculture. Projects for the ethnographic recovery of the "Bread cycle" that shows the importance of preserving our traditions.
Interpreted routes that cross natural spaces of great beauty and contrasts of a rich heritage

Voluntary service.
In addition to a group of people involved with Sustinea with systematic participation in the environmental activities; we carry out voluntary activities too with organizations that work with groups of people at risk of social exclusion.

Mobility european programmes under the framework of Erasmus+, KA1, KA2 and TLN Mobility projects.
Sustinea works with the European Volunteer Service (EVS) as a coordinating, hosting and sending entity for young people wishing to have a learning experience in Europe (Erasmus +) and to improve their professional skills and competences which are essential for the personal development, for active citizenship, social integration and employment.
In addition we organize youth exchanges, training and international seminars.

Now we are looking for collaborations with European partners in order to change experiences and good practices in the field of Youth, volunteerism, employment, training, etc. and coordinate different mobility programs together.
